WEAVE collects only the information you choose to send us: newsletter signups, contact messages, team enquiries, and Chapter Lead applications.

Chapter Lead applications are stored in a secure database. Uploaded profile photos and government-issued identification are stored in private storage that is never publicly accessible. Identification is used solely to verify the identity of applicants, is visible only to authorized WEAVE administrators, and is never shared with third parties except where legally required.

We do not sell personal information. We use it to review applications, respond to enquiries, and share WEAVE updates you asked for.
